Appellants, Noelia and Colin Bendigo, challenge the traditional and no-evidence summary judgments rendered against them in their trip-and-fall premises liability lawsuit against appellees, City of Houston, Burns Management Group, Inc., Central Parking System of Texas, Inc., New South Parking Texas, and Aztec Facility Services, Inc.
